In "Visu the Woodsman and the Old Priest” The Woodsman neglects his family and work to praise and love the gods. The character in this story had a negative personality. He neglects his job and family for his own faith in gods. The Woodsman has a one track mind and does one thing and thinks it is more important than any other. The Woodsman is very impulsive when it comes to life style choices. His actions in this story represent the moral that work and religion are both separate things, but are very important all the same and should be dome separately, equally and neither should be neglected. Neglecting either work or religion can cause nothing but sorrow and hardship for yourself and those for whom you care and love.
